Verify your email, complete secure checkout, add your websites and place the verification file shown in your account on each website. Monitoring starts after payment and site verification.
Monthly reports arrive at your verified account email and appear in your account. You can forward each report link to a client. Missing monitoring periods are disclosed; no data is not treated as good health.
Use Manage billing in your account to update your payment method or cancel. Subscription status is reconciled automatically. Cancellation at period end keeps service until the subscription ends. Failed payment can pause monitoring; access to historical reports remains.
Kept stores your account email, agency branding, website addresses, monitoring samples, delivery status and billing identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe. Report links are private bearer links: anyone you give a link to can view that report. Removing a site stops monitoring and retains historical records.
Account pages handle routine setup, payment changes and cancellation. Use Check my account for account-specific troubleshooting, then Request review if needed. You can also reply to a Kept email. Unusual cases are saved for investigation and may require a person; no response time is guaranteed. No automated response promises a refund or repairs.
